The Brewchive® is to be a comprehensive archive of San Diego county's brewing activity from personal and business aspects. The archives hold evidence in a wide variety of forms from individuals, breweries, organizations, and affiliated businesses involved primarily with beer, but also cider, mead, and kombucha.

Black Journey: An Oral History of the Black Student Center at California State University San Marcos is a digital exhibition highlighting the student-led advocacy that resulted in the creation of the campus's Black Student Center (BSC). The exhibition contains oral histories of student advocates and their allies in university staff, faculty, and administration, as well as photography about the early years of the BSC, and resources related to the Black campus and community experience.

Critical Conversations: An Oral History of the Cross-Cultural Center at California State University San Marcos is a digital exhibition exploring the creation, impact, and legacy of CSUSM's Cross-Cultural Center (CCC), the oldest identity-focused student success center on campus. The exhibition contains twelve oral histories of previous student peer educators, university administrators, and CCC directors, as well as an exploration of the Center's programming and impact, and resources related to multicultural education and North San Diego's diverse communities.

The CSUSM Collection at California Light and Sound offers a selection of events held during our early existence as San Diego State University-North County as well as the CSUSM Arts & Lectures program. The events range from Native American storytelling to lectures and musical performances. A notable supplement to this group is a video recording of a day-long hearing on Border Issues held in San Diego on February 5, 1993, with California Senator William Craven, Chair.

CSUSM Student Newspaper: The First 25 Years (1990-2015) showcases five different student newspapers that reflect the daily life and activities of CSUSM students, diverse editorial focus, and changing attitudes over the course of our first 25 years. 

The Paul Ecke Ranch, Inc. Business Records and Family Papers consist primarily of the business and administrative records of The Paul Ecke Ranch, Inc., from its origin in the early 1900s to its eventual sale to the Dutch-based Agribio Group in 2012. The Ecke Ranch was a privately-owned horticulture company that specialized in the development of new varieties of floral products and the production of floral cuttings for sale to growers of finished products. At one point, the Ranch was the world's largest supplier of poinsettia genetics. As of February 2019, the Ecke collection is being processed, arranged, and described. The Finding Aid for the Ecke Collection is available on the CSUSM ArchivesSpace website. Researchers can get in touch with Special Collections for more information.

Stories & Snapshots: Documenting a Year of the Pandemic is a digital exhibition covering the North San Diego County region's experience during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This one-year snapshot (2020-2021) of our community's lived experience during this time is largely visually represented. In the future, this site will be built out to house the entirety of submissions from the library's pandemic collecting project, Together/Apart: The COVID-19 Community Memory Archive (finding aid for Together/Apart here).

Voices of North County is the University Library's oral history portal, a continuously growing archive of the library's oral histories of members of our North San Diego County region (oral history collection finding aid here).
