Jakes Nunes and Alex Carballo, also former Stone employees, will act as general manager and kitchen manager respectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>More breweries are turning to Kickstarter to fund their business needs, and planned <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kickstarter.com\/projects\/1974262029\/council-brewing-co\" target=\"_blank\">Council Brewing Co.<\/a> is the latest. As of today, local homebrewers Curtis and Liz Chism have received $2,560 of their $25,000 goal, with 22 days to go.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>CraftBeer.com has again put together Thanksgiving beer pairing ideas, with Modern Times&#8217; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.craftbeer.com\/craft-beer-muses\/giving-thanks-to-craft-beer\" target=\"_blank\">Jacob McKean<\/a> speaking of his affinity for The Bruery&#8217;s Autumn Maple with roasted brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes and gravy, and homemade seitan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.searocketbistro.com\/news\/sea-rocket-will-close-its-doors-next-month\" target=\"_blank\">Sea Rocket Bistro\u00a0<\/a>will close its doors on Sunday, December 8 after 5 1\/2 years in business, according to a recent blog post and press release.
