The count of active brewhouses in San Diego is now up to 71<\/a> with the Sunday addition of Benchmark Brewing<\/strong>. They, along with Modern Times<\/strong> and BNS<\/strong>, are brewing but still working on the tasting room.\u00a0That’s not the case for Saint Archer<\/strong> though, whose tasting room opens today at 3 p.m. Also,\u00a0KnB Cellars<\/strong>\u00a0just brewed an IPA with Citra hops on May 23, and the owners are currently redesigning the entire space to include a new bar, kitchen, direct-draw system, and expanded seating.<\/p>\n
