The afternoon session starts at 2 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UPDATE 5\/15:<\/strong> The measure was unanimously approved Tuesday. Fox5 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fox5sandiego.com\/2013\/05\/14\/city-adopts-measures-to-let-breweries-grow\/\" target=\"_blank\">reports<\/a> that &#8220;the amendment still needs the approval of the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority Board of Directors in July before it goes into effect.
