Their crest was painted by a local artist.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Continuing the <a href=\"https:\/\/archives.csusm.edu\/westcoastersd\/2011\/01\/03\/eleven\/\" target=\"_blank\">boomtown theme<\/a> that&#8217;s taken hold of San Diego Beer, the newest beer-centric restaurant <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bruskihouse.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">the Bruski House<\/a> will be having it&#8217;s Grand Opening today. I called owner Bruce Nguyen and asked him why he chose Scripps Ranch for his venture.  &#8220;We&#8217;re longtime residents who wanted to create a comfortable place to hang out.&#8221; As for the draft selection, &#8220;supporting local beer is a no-brainer. We are right around the corner from many world class breweries.&#8221; Indeed, while the Miramar \/ Scripps Ranch area is heavily saturated with breweries, there&#8217;s few places with food + local taps.<\/p>\n<p>The Bruski House website does a great job of providing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bruskihouse.com\/sandwiches_and_pannies.html\" target=\"_blank\">the menu<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bruskihouse.com\/bottled_beer.html\" target=\"_blank\">bottle list<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bruskihouse.com\/drafted_beer.html\" target=\"_blank\">draft\u00a0selection<\/a>.
