Their ethos is to do what\u2019s right, even if it costs more. A member of the 1% for the Planet network, Pure Project gives 1% of its sales to environmental initiatives and focuses on making sustainable choices &#8211; both environmentally and internally as an employer with over 40 staff members. Ownership has prioritized creating a gratifying, supportive, and equitable company culture for its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, Pure Project has been named a Best Place to Work in 2020 by the San Diego Business Journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Awards were given to 100 companies throughout the county in four categories based on their size.
