Every year, the San Diego Business Journal\u2019s Best Places to Work Awards program recognizes outstanding companies whose benefits, policies and practices are among the best in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since Pure Project\u2019s beginnings, the company has always strived to use beer as a force for good. Their ethos is to do what\u2019s right, even if it costs more. A member of the 1% for the Planet network, Pure Project gives 1% of its sales to environmental initiatives and focuses on making sustainable choices – both environmentally and internally as an employer with over 40 staff members. Ownership has prioritized creating a gratifying, supportive, and equitable company culture for its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, Pure Project has been named a Best Place to Work in 2020 by the San Diego Business Journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awards were given to 100 companies throughout the county in four categories based on their size. Pure Project ranked #12 in the small companies category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Award is not only decided by judges based on a variety of factors such as benefits and employee retention, but also by Pure Project\u2019s team members who provide honest feedback when reviewing the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
