Fenton<\/a><\/strong> debuted the first of its\nlease-to-brew <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hgfenton.com\/brewery-igniter\">Brewery Igniter<\/a><\/strong>\nfacilities on Kenamar Drive in Miramar. Bolstered by tenants such as <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.purebrewing.org\/\">Pure\nProject Brewing<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rouleurbrewing.com\/\">Rouleur Brewing<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eppigbrewing.com\/\">Eppig\nBrewing<\/a><\/strong> (which will become the first tenant to successfully vacate its\nleased starter brewery when it opens in Vista next month), the company\nconstructed two more Brewery Igniter campuses in North Park and Carlsbad. And\nnow, H.G. Fenton is in the early stages of constructing a fourth set of\nfacilities in Oceanside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBrewery\nIgniter will accommodate two new businesses and activate a vacant space,\nproviding a great community benefit and accommodating growth to the Oceanside\nbrew scene,\u201d says <strong>Bill Hooper<\/strong>,\ncommercial portfolio manager for H.G. Fenton. \u201cSouth Oceanside is a community\nthat has been identified as a commercially viable area for growth. The new\nBrewery Igniter location will be positioned at the western boundary of North\nCounty\u2019s Hops Highway.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new Brewery Igniter will be sited at <strong>1575 South Coast Highway<\/strong>, a mile from the western terminus of the aforementioned State Route 78. The former home to the <strong>Oceanside College of Beauty<\/strong> will be split into two 3,500-square-foot turnkey brewery facilities, including customizable tasting rooms, offices and restrooms.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\npublic areas of the spaces will account for just over 30% of the total area of\neach suite. On the production side, each suite will include a 10-barrel\nstainless steel brewhouse, five 20-barrel fermenters, a glycol chiller, mill\nand 26-by-18-foot cold box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H.G.\nFenton has received early interest from entrepreneurs about the Oceanside\nlocation. The company invites interested parties to <strong><a href=\"mailto:jolivier@hgfenton.com?subject=Brewery%20Igniter%20Oceanside\">email\nthem<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\ncontinue to be inspired by the spirit and success of the Brewery Igniter\nbrewers,\u201d says Hooper. \u201cIt\u2019s that same passion that drives us to continue to\nhelp them succeed.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It\u2019s been nearly four years since developer H.G.
