Munich malt is added to the grain bill for the company&#8217;s <strong>City of Dis IPA<\/strong>. Traditionally utilized for dark lagers, it lends amber color and a slightly sweet, bready character that combines with orange and mango notes from Citra and Mosaic hops to create a robust IPA drinking experience, even at its modest 6.7% alcohol-by-volume figure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>From the Brewer: <\/strong>&#8220;The City of Dis (AKA, C.O.D.) is Circle Nine&#8217;s flag ship beer.
