Located at <strong>6133 Innovation Way<\/strong> in the Bressi Ranch inland mixed-use development, the brewpub features beers of the original brand as well as a new brand called <strong>Carlsbad Brewing<\/strong>. Both entities are owned by the entrepreneurs behind <strong>Encinitas Ale House<\/strong>. While the restaurant component is open, brewing is not yet occurring onsite. Beers are being produced at the Mission Brewery Plaza brewery in Mission Hills that Acoustic Ales ceded to <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.latchkeybrew.com\">Latchkey Brewing<\/a><\/strong>, which has since taken it over while continuing to brew for the former tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Vista-based <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.latitude33brewing.com\">Latitude 33 Brewing<\/a><\/strong>, which is best known for its Blood Orange IPA, has applied for a license to open a taproom on the ground level of the recently-opened <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.intercontinentalsandiego.com\">InterContinental San Diego Hotel<\/a> <\/strong>at <strong>901 Bayfront Court<\/strong> along downtown\u2019s waterfront, near the historic Santa Fe Depot. Also hoping to open a first floor hotel tasting room is recently established, Scripps Ranch-based <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.harlandbeer.com\">Harland Brewing<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>In East County, El Cajon\u2019s <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.creativecreaturebrewing.com\">Creative Creature Brewing<\/a><\/strong> is enjoying a fast start from its base of operations abutting <strong>URBN<\/strong> restaurant. In March, the company announced it will share a storefront with coffee company <strong>Red Hat Coffee<\/strong> at <strong>440 16th Street<\/strong>, in the East Village, and it is currently in negotiations to take over the Santee brewery and tasting room vacated when <strong>Council Brewing <\/strong>shuttered last December.
