One of the\nchief elements of the project will be relocation of the center\u2019s current <strong>Jimbo\u2019s\u2026Naturally! <\/strong>market into a new,\nlarger facility. When that debuts next spring, so too will a 20,000-square-foot,\nmulti-faceted venue called <strong>The Sky Deck<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspired\nby a Barcelona public market called El Nacional, it will be a spacious, high-ceilinged\ncollective of sorts, outfitted with a central bar and common area that will be\nsurrounded by storefronts of various sizes operated by local restaurants. Ranging\nin size from 500 to 3,000 square feet, each of those spots will be equipped\nwith their own kitchen, storage, service and seating areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sky Deck\u2019s restaurant tenants will include <strong>Ambrogio 15<\/strong>, <strong>Beeside Mediterranean Kitchen<\/strong>, <strong>Le Parfait Paris<\/strong> and <strong>Chi Extraordinary<\/strong>, while the central bar will be called <strong>Noblesse Oblige<\/strong> and be managed by the owners of Le Parfait Paris and beer-and-burger chain <strong>Slater\u2019s 50\/50<\/strong>. But that won\u2019t be the only beer or brewing tie-in. Three local brewing operations\u2014Oceanside\u2019s <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.northernpinebrewing.com\">Northern Pine Brewing<\/a><\/strong>, Mira Mesa\u2019s <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.roughdraftbrew.com\">Rough Draft Brewing<\/a><\/strong> and Chula Vista hard-kombucha outfit <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boochcraft.com\">Boochcraft<\/a><\/strong>\u2014will share a tasting bar at the &#8220;The Brewer&#8217;s Deck&#8221; on a mezzanine tier accessible via a winding staircase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sky Deck is projected to open to the public in March 2020. With its array of retail, dining, drinking and other options, it\u2019s envisioned as a \u201cone-stop\u201d or \u201cstay and play\u201d concept that puts it in line with the similar, recently-debuted <strong>One Paseo<\/strong> directly across the street from Del Mar Highlands Town Center.
