Last October,\u00a0Pure Project Brewing<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>announced it was expanding beyond its Miramar home-base. The vehicle for doing so is a 2,000-square-foot satellite tasting room at the base of\u00a0The Park, Bankers Hill<\/strong>\u00a0mixed-use development at\u00a02865 Fifth Avenue<\/strong>. Today, Pure Project is sharing renderings of what that eventual venue will look like.<\/p>\n

Developed by Ocean Beach\u2019s\u00a0Tec\/scape Design<\/strong>, the renderings display an interior concept that takes the nature-based thematic at Pure Project\u2019s existing tasting room to the next level. Notable items include hanging foliage, a living-wall divider, a slatted wood bar back-splash, and a communal reclaimed wood and resin table.<\/p>\n

\u201cDesign elements will take inspiration from the exterior of the building for the outside, and the inside will feature a blend of cool and warm materials, ranging from granite-type surfaces to wood and concrete,\u201d says Pure Project co-founder\u00a0Mat Robar<\/strong>. \u201cThe design will fit within the building aesthetically and pay homage to its Pure-Project roots at the same time, creating an approachable and comfortable, upscale environment.\u201d<\/p>\n

Should everything go according to plan, the anticipated debut time frame for the Bankers Hill location is loosely projected as summer 2019. Pure Project is simultaneously working on a second satellite tasting room in Carlsbad.
