There’s no cause for gloom this June, thanks to the plethora of beery events taking place throughout San Diego County. The anniversary festivals alone provide enough celebratory pizzazz to keep one riding a high right into summer. June 2 | 4th Anniversary Party: <\/strong>A week before they grand-open their new Santee brewery and tasting room (June 8-10<\/strong>), the Council Brewing <\/strong><\/a>crew will celebrate four years at their Kearny Mesa digs much as they have the previous three years, by tapping a metric funk ton of oak-aged beers, plus other rarities and favorites. June 9 | HESSFEST 8: <\/strong>Eight years is a long time, and an extensive enough stretch to make a lot of friends. June 10 | Stone Sour Fest: <\/strong>Before most beer fans knew the difference between a gose and a gueuze, Stone Brewing<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0was making a big deal out of sour beers with this annual festival devoted to tart, tingly tipples.
