The first two examined spots in the <a href=\"http:\/\/bi.ly\/SDBFeast\"><strong>eastern<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/BFSDwest\"><strong>western<\/strong><\/a> communities. Today, we switch our attention to North County and the Hops Highway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wild Barrel Brewing Co., San Marcos: <\/strong>Two ex-<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stonebrewing.com\"><strong>Stone Brewing <\/strong><\/a>employees are teaming up to produce a wide variety of beers steps from Stone\u2019s original brewery (now home to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.portbrewing.com\"><strong>Port Brewing <\/strong><\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lostabbey.com\"><strong>The Lost Abbey<\/strong><\/a>). Renowned beer-expect <strong>Bill Sysak<\/strong> is leading the charge while <strong>Bill Sobieski <\/strong>(formerly of Anaheim\u2019s <strong>Hoparazzi<\/strong>) will do the brewing using a brewhouse procured from El Cajon\u2019s since-closed <strong>URBN St. Brewing Co.<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/qadrb\"><em><strong>Click here to read more about this project<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Horus Aged Ales, Oceanside: <\/strong>Creating a portfolio made up exclusively of barrel-aged beers is no easy feat, but it\u2019s one <strong>Kyle Harrop <\/strong>is eager to attempt. And he\u2019ll do it with a little help from his friends, namely brewers from all over the country, including local interests such as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abnormalbeer.co\"><strong>Abnormal Beer Co.<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ripcurrentbrewing.com\"><strong>Rip Current Brewing<\/strong><\/a> and fellow North County work-in-progress <strong>White Fence Brewing<\/strong>. This is a boutique brewery if there\u2019s ever been one.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/horusaa\"><em><strong>Click here to read more about this project<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ebullition Brew Works, Vista:\u00a0<\/strong>While information on the beers that this long-time work-in-progress will debut are hard to come by, details uncovered about the environment they&#8217;ll be consumed within are promising.
