Here&#8217;s the exchange.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WC<\/strong>: Do you have an opening date? How are things going?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dave M.:<\/strong> <em>Things are rolling along pretty fast now for us down in EC.\u00a0 Still, we have to deal with the city and things get done a bit slower than we would like.But, with that said, we are very close now and the restaurant is taking shape. I am about 2 &#8211; 3 weeks away from brewing the first batch, if I dont run into any snags, which I don&#8217;t foresee so&#8230;&#8230;keep your fingers crossed that we can launch this July.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><!--more--><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> We still have the plastic up on the windows. We don&#8217;t like people looking through the windows and it keeps the element of surprise intact&#8230;.it will all happen really soon, the signage is going up on the building, the brewery is being installed, the kitchen and all of the hiring and training is happening SOON.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>So it seems that perhaps EJBC will open in July.
