\"tix<\/a>More than thirty craft brewers are convening at this year\u2019s Carlsbad Brewfest<\/a> on September\u00a012, 2015. The Rotary Clubs of Carlsbad, organizers of the event,\u00a0invite\u00a0all San Diegans\u00a0to make merry with suds from breweries that crisscross the county, California, the United States, and the\u00a0Western World.<\/p>\n

Colorado’s New Belgium Brewing Co.\u00a0is a major sponsor of the event for the second year in a row,\u00a0and local brewery industry supplier and stalwart, Premier Stainless of Escondido has stepped up to join them.<\/p>\n

Sierra Nevada, Stone, Ballast Point, Belching Beaver, Mother Earth, Booze Brothers, Barrel Harbor, Arcana,\u00a0Einstock (Iceland), Stumblefoot, and more will all also be in attendance to delight the Carlsbad crowd. A full list\u00a0of participating breweries can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tickets are on sale in advance for $40 until the day of\u00a0the event, and tickets purchased at the gates will be $45. Special $10 non-drinking passes are available for\u00a0designated drivers. Tickets can be purchased via the festival\u2019s website (www.carlsbadbrewfest.org<\/a>) or through\u00a0the event\u2019s Facebook page (https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/brewfestcarlsbad<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Over 1000 attendees came last year\u2019s Brewfest, and brewers and visitors alike gave glowing reviews of the\u00a0festival\u2019s accommodations and atmosphere. The crowd is expected to double in 2015, the event\u2019s second year.<\/p>\n

Music and games will complement the fun offered by brewers\u2019 booths, and local restaurants will line visitors\u2019\u00a0stomachs with their best offerings.<\/p>\n

Carlsbad Brewfest will be in Holiday Park<\/a> in Carlsbad during the afternoon between 12:00-4:00 on Saturday\u00a0September 12. The location is just off the 5 Freeway at the Carlsbad Village Drive exit.<\/p>\n

The Rotary Clubs of Carlsbad host the Carlsbad Brewfest, and have separately hosted 30 years worth of\u00a0Oktoberfest celebrations for the North County community.\u00a0Brewfest proceeds will benefit scholarships for local students and marines who choose to further their\u00a0educations, and will assist with other Rotary Charities. The Rotary Clubs of Carlsbad are perpetually dedicated\u00a0to \u201cService Above Self\u201d.<\/p>\n
