San Diego, CA –– Bivouac Ciderworks has announced the official relaunch of their ‘Cat’s Paw’ pumpkin-spice cider. The “spooky delicious” 6% ABV cider tastes like autumn in a glass with notes of signature Fall spices, pumpkin and pear.
Cat’s Paw will be available on tap in Bivouac’s North Park tasting room Thursday, September 24. Kegs will be available for distribution in exclusive accounts in San Diego and Orange County starting September 28. Their limited specialty release 16oz 4-pack cans will be released the first week of October. This will be the first 16oz release for the Brand, who has been distributing cans since October 2019, and has recently expanded into Orange County.
The tasting room, located in the Heart of North Park, is currently open Thursday through Sunday, Noon until Night, serving a full menu of San Diego “comfort food,” craft cider, beer, wine, and craft cocktails, as well as their cider cans-to-go. Bivouac Ciderworks has also built a full-service Outdoor Dining parklet, and provides a safe, socially distant atmosphere.
