Bivouac Cider’s fundraiser for Hess family

Through November 11

November 8, 2018 By Ryan Lamb

Through November 11, North Park’s Bivouac Cider (3986 30th Street) is hosting a fundraiser for the family of their North Park neighbors Mike Hess Brewing (MHB).

Hess’ daughter Keely was diagnosed in August with osteosarcoma in her leg and is currently undergoing extensive medical treatment.

Bivouac will donate $1 of every MHB beer sold including Steel Beach, My Other Vice (peach), and Grapefruit Solis IPA.

“Mike and the Hess family have been friends of Bivouac since our inception,” says co-founder Lara Worm. “We want to do anything we can to show our love and support for Keely and the family in this tough time. The San Diego beer (and cider) community is strong and we should all come together in times of need.”
