Thank you to those who entered beers in West Coaster’s first homebrewing contest, as well as our steward (Ryan Fisher) and judges: Brian Trout, George Thornton, Kim Sparrow, Eric Woltz, and Ryan Reschan.
Competition organizer and cheerleader Brian Trout had the great idea to put together this competition, which required entrants to brew with a local ingredient, more than a year ago. Now we’re looking forward to future competitions with a similar format.
