For active breweries and breweries-in-planning alike, the California Craft Brewers Association (CCBA) is hosting two days of networking, workshops, seminars and presentations specific to the California craft brewing industry.
May 19th’s events will be held at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Escondido from 2 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Topics include ABC trade practice do’s and don’ts, legal tips for startups, quality control “show and tell,” and hop and barley supply future. May 20th’s general meeting is at the California Center for the Arts, including discussions on brewery safety, best practices for growlers, nanobrewing and beyond, water conservation and more. The keynote for the day focuses on the direction of the craft brewing industry with Benj Steinman.
