It’s not too late to register for the San Diego Brewers Guild’s educational summit on quality, taking place Tuesday the 6th from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Admiral Baker Clubhouse.
Topics include
• Key elements of starting a quality program and growing it to match increased business demands
• Selection and use of analytical equipment commonly found in brewery QC labs
• Discussion of good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Defining appearance, aroma and flavor parameters to set up a true-to-brand sensory evaluation
• A detailed discussion of pairing food with your beer with examples and samples provided
• Legal and safety update
This event is great for existing breweries, as well as breweries-in-planning. The cost is $150 for SDBG members, or $225 for non-members.
