This year, more than 4,900 beers from over 1,400 breweries located in 60+ countries will compete for World Beer Cup awards.
Every two years, a highly qualified professional panel of beer judges honors the top three beers in 90+ categories with gold, silver and bronze awards. For 2014, some 220 judges from 32 different countries will evaluate the beers. Several first-time countries will be represented on the 2014 judge panel, including Spain, China and Taiwan.
