March is Women’s History Month, and many local beer businesses are getting in the spirit with female-focused events.
Tonight at Stone Liberty Station is the Beer U: Women & Brewing event, as well as The High Dive’s Chicks for Beer beer dinner party with Maui Brewing Co.
On Tuesday, March 25 Solana Beach’s Culture Brewing Co is hosting a “Drink Pink for Health Education” fundraiser where they’ll be pouring pink beer and raffling off prizes from Bloom, The GoodOnYa Bar and Keep A Breast.
Saturday, March 29 sees a “Women in Craft Beer Night” at Tap That Tap Room in Oceanside with special guest Marta Jankowska, CEO of ChuckAlek Independent Brewers in Ramona.
The next day there’s a Sunday Beer Brunch at Green Flash Brewing Co. with food from Bella Vista Caffé as well as Tiger!Tiger! — proceeds go to the Pink Boots Society.
