On November 2 Escondido’s Offbeat Brewing Company hosted a “Dia de los Muertos” fundraiser in conjunction with the Escondido Municipal Art Gallery.

In addition to funds raised by the gallery that day, Offbeat will donate $1 for each of the 171 pints of beer sold to the Art Gallery’s high school art exhibition and “smART Fridays” program that brings together professional artists and local schools.

Currently, the tasting room’s gallery features the work of local artist Michael Scholl.

On tap right now at Offbeat are six beers: Oso Rojo American Brown Ale, Sporkupine American Pale Ale, Bitter Robot Red Ale, Bear Arms Brown Ale, Caticorn IPA and Girafficopter Session Pale Ale.
