Modern Times’ beers will be available starting tomorrow with releases planned at Local Habit, Fathom Bistro Bait & Tackle, Urge Gastropub and Toronado.
You can also try the beers this Thursday at the “Crafting Beer Policy” event put on by Voice of San Diego (VOSD). Moderated by land-use reporter Andrew Keatts, the program will feature talks by five local industry members:
- Greg Koch – Munich, Napa…San Diego — The Untapped Potential of San Diego’s Beer Industry
- Jacob McKean – So You Want to Start a Brewery?
- Neva Parker – The Science and Nuance of Yeast
- Omar Passons – Craft Beer and Community Development
- Tatiana Peavey – Data, Social Media & Growing the Beer Community
Admission is free for VOSD members; non-members can join in on the fun for $20 and receive a VOSD membership, t-shirt, and one free beer.
