The count of active brewhouses in San Diego is now up to 71 with the Sunday addition of Benchmark Brewing. They, along with Modern Times and BNS, are brewing but still working on the tasting room. That’s not the case for Saint Archer though, whose tasting room opens today at 3 p.m. Also, KnB Cellars just brewed an IPA with Citra hops on May 23, and the owners are currently redesigning the entire space to include a new bar, kitchen, direct-draw system, and expanded seating.
