First course: Ceviche marinated in lemon and lime juice, onions, jalapenos, toamtoes and cilantro; paired with chili and lime-infused Cerveza Especial; Second course: Traditional Mexican pozole soup you garnish to your liking with cabbage, onions, radishes and fresh spicy salsa, paired with North Star IPA; Third course: Thinly-sliced, roasted pork loin stuffed with chorizo and Brown Ale onions with a light mole sauce, paired with Longboard Brown Ale; Fourth course: Deep-fried chocolate ice cream with crisp cinnamon crust and chocolate bourbon sauce, paired with bourbon barrel-aged Scottish Ale.
