Toronado Beer Brunch w/ Sierra Nevada: 4/14

April 9, 2013 By Ryan Lamb

DSC_0515After successful beer brunches with heavy hitters like AleSmith, Alpine, and the Trappist breweries, Toronado North Park is again closing to the public Sunday morning for a five-course event with Sierra Nevada.

Brewery ambassador Steve Grossman is a tentative attendee, and the brunch will begin at 10:30 a.m. with BRUX Domesticated Wild Ale, the collaboration with Russian River.

Chef Nate Soroko then kicks off his courses with oyster “ceviche” in cucumber/chili/lime juice and a BRUX sorbert shooter with hop-salted rim, paired with Sierra Nevada Kellerweis.
