Vista’s up-and-coming Belching Beaver Brewery has quite a few happenings lined up for the next few weeks.
Tonight five of the company’s beers, including the popular Milk Stout dispensed on nitrogen, will be available at TapRoom in Pacific Beach as part of a meet-the-brewer event with Troy Smith. Tomorrow they’ll have DAM! IIPA and the new Hop Hwy IPA, brewed to commemorate Vista’s 50th birthday, on tap at Waterfront Bar & Grill.
Next Monday Coronado’s Saiko Sushi will host the Beaver for its third beer & sushi pairing dinner. On Thursday, February 28 the brewery’s entire lineup will be on show at O’Brien’s Pub, including a cask of the aforementioned Hop Hwy IPA.
