Stone Brewing Co. Beverage Supervisor “Dr.” Bill Sysak has again written up his dish-by-dish pairing suggestions for CraftBeer.com. Several local beers appear, including The Lost Abbey Avant Garde Ale, Arrogant Bastard Ale, Green Flash Le Freak and AleSmith Old Numbskull.
On CraftBeer.com there is also a duck confit served over squash bisque dish that uses, and is paired with, Karl Strauss Fullsuit Belgian Brown Ale. And on the Karl Strauss blog, there are turkey beer brine and beer bacon stuffing recipes that look quite tasty.
