I’d heard rumors that a brewery was being gutted somewhere in town. Thanks to our reader Kat S., we now know where. Miami Grille was a Cuban-American restaurant that appears to have folded earlier this year. There was a brewery on-premise that was run at one point by Mission Brewery (read more in this 2008 Celebrator article). An online-only auction for the brewing equipment will take place on April 18th. The auction is located here (partially copied below) Pictures of the equipment can be found here. To bid, you’ll need to call 619-447-1196 and put down a deposit with McCormack Auction Company.
