This, straight from El Cajon Brewing Company’s Facebook page: “Ok everyone. As of today, we are open. This week will be a very soft opening as we roll out our menu and service. Bear with us as this is going to be a slow process. Our staff is new and we are working out the kinks as we go. As of right now, we have a limited food and beer menu, but more will be added as we go. Thanks to everyone who has stuck with us through everything. Cheers!”
