A recent chat with head brewer Brandon Sieminski informed us that sours and barrel-aged beers can be expected in 2012. Tickets for the party are $22 pre-sale and $25 at the door; you get a take-home anniversary glass, 5 taster tickets, choice of a wood-fired margarita pizza from Red Oven or Polish sausage sandwich from The Pierogi Truck, and some live music from locals The Flounders. Specialty beers will include Blonde with Congo Trinidad Chile’s, Martial Law with cognac soaked oak chips, Gauntlet with Key Lime and Tangerine among others.
