Back on June 23rd we reported on the announcement of a new space from the minds behind Blind Lady Ale House. Now, owners Lee and Jen Chase, Clea Hantman and Jeff Motch have announced the name of the soon-to-be establishment: Tiger!Tiger!
Tiger!Tiger! is looking at a 2011 opening and will be located at 3025 El Cajon Boulevard, right off 30th Street to the east.
This straight from the press release: “Aaron LaMonica, the acclaimed Chef from Blind Lady, will helm the new project that will not feature pizza, in spite of a beautiful wood-fired oven located in the middle of the dining room. Expect draught beer and lots of it.”
