From the BLAH team: New location to open on El Cajon Blvd.

June 23, 2011 By Mike Shess

UPDATE 12:25PM

From Lee Chase:  “A little more info: BLAH will stay BLAH (we all love Blind Lady), and in the next couple months BLAH will have 3 new 10-Barrel Fermenters, effectively going from 2 barrels of fermentation capacity to 32 Barrels! The new place is under the same Corporate name as BLAH, Kitschen inc, but will have it’s own name and identity. Different food, different wine, different ambiance, etc., but the same focus on Quality: Local, Fresh, Seasonal, World-Class, etc. It also has a patio out front, which we’re really excited about! We hope to add a patio in the back, as well as a nano-brewery in the future. (Fingers Crossed.)”

ORIGINAL POST

From the Blind Lady Ale House crew, a “on sale beer and wine eating place” will open on 3025 El Cajon Blvd. Details are slim at this point in time, as it looks like the keys and location have just been acquired by BLAH with the title “Kitschen Inc.” Lee Chase says that there is no opening date yet but that it will be “not another BLAH.”

Check back as we dig up more info.
