1st Course – Fried oyster on a bed of wilted arugula drizzled with a citrus vinaigrette paired with FIZZY YELLOW BEER.
2nd Course – Pan seared scallops in a puffy pastry with a lemon beurre blanc and roasted jalapeno relish paired with BELGIAN-INSPIRED TRIPPEL.
3rd Course – Briased free range chicken thigh with a spicy fusilli macaroni and cheese paired with WEST COAST IPA.
4th Course – Herb encrusted pork loin medallions topped with a tropical salsa served with pineapple risotto paired with LE FREAK.
5th Course – Roasted espresso chocolate ganache topped with toffee ice cream paired with DOUBLE STOUT.
