It’s official. Festival season is in full swing. The venerable Tom Nickel has a hand in organizing the upcoming San Diego International Festival of Beers that’s going to be at the San Diego County Fair this year June 24 – June 26. A staggering 150 breweries pouring 350 domestic, regional, and international beers are slated to be present. More info can be found here.
You can get the tickets presale for $35 per session until April 15th. Click here to find those tickets, and make sure to use the promo code “stout.” It’s ticketmaster, so you gotta pay the piper. Final cost after everything said and done looks like ~$43 using the promo code, paying tax, and all convenience fees. After April 15th the price goes up to $45 per session (well over $50 using TM).
The official listing of Breweries hasn’t yet been posted, but we’ve been told that it will be larger than last year. Check out 2010’s listing of Breweries and Beers. (Advisory: link goes PDF)
