Chef Kyle Bergman put on a show once again Wednesday night for The Grill’s increasingly-popular Craft Beer Dinner Series. This time around, five dishes were paired with five beers from our peninsular friends at Coronado Brewing Co. After being greeted immediately upon entrance by a grilled pork skewer with kumquat glaze (paired with the first batch of Little Red Hoppy Hood), we sat down to a five-star, belly-filling meal.
