Saturday, January 15th 7am @ Mother Earth Brew Co. — You read it right, 7am. This class is more for the intermediate-advanced homebrewer, as they will be covering all-grain brewing. Saturday, January 15th 12-4pm @ Home Brews & Gardens — If you’re more in the North Park area, head over to Home Brews & Gardens on Thorn. They’re covering partial mash as well as extract homebrewing from 12-4pm. The cost is $15 and beer will be served (usually brewed on site). Tuesday (and Wednesday), January 25th (and 26th) from 6-8pm @ Home Brew Mart –– Ballast Point’s original location will be hosting two beginner brew classes limited to 25 people each. Saturday, January 29th 12-4pm @ Home Brews & Gardens — For the practiced homebrewer, join the HB&G crew for a class on all-grain brewing. Same as before: Cost is $15, on-site-brewed beer served, 10% off your supply purchase that day.
